Overview & Objective: This training empowers educators to create a culture of connection, accountability, and healing, ensuring that restorative practices become a sustainable part of school communities. Attendees will gain practical tools and templates for implementing restorative practices at all levels, a clear action plan to integrate restorative strategies into classrooms and school-wide systems, and increased confidence and skill in facilitating restorative conversations, circles, and conferences. Grounded in training and methods from the International Institute of Restorative Practices and the Minnesota Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Center Restorative Practices

Strong family and community engagement is essential for student success, yet many schools struggle to create meaningful, reciprocal partnerships.

Overview & Objective: This training equips educators with a tiered approach to improving student attendance through the MTSS framework. Participants will explore the root causes of chronic absenteeism, assess their current systems, and implement evidence-based strategies across Tiers 1, 2, and 3. Each session builds capacity to shift from reactive responses to proactive, relationship-centered supports that re-engage students and foster a culture of belonging. Educator teams will leave with actionable plans tailored to their school’s needs and context.
