Overview & Objective: This training empowers educators to create a culture of connection, accountability, and healing, ensuring that restorative practices become a sustainable part of school communities. Attendees will gain practical tools and templates for implementing restorative practices at all levels, a clear action plan to integrate restorative strategies into classrooms and school-wide systems, and increased confidence and skill in facilitating restorative conversations, circles, and conferences. Grounded in training and methods from the International Institute of Restorative Practices and the Minnesota Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Center Restorative Practices

Overview & Objective: This training equips educators with a tiered approach to improving student attendance through the MTSS framework. Each session builds capacity to shift from reactive responses to proactive, relationship-centered supports that re-engage students and foster a culture of belonging.
